YATRA sources and exports Indonesia's finest specialty coffee — starting with the rare and extraordinary Excelsa of Gunung Anjasmoro, Wonosalam.
I'm an architect based in East Java — and I think in systems.
Architecture trains you to read context before drawing conclusions, to find the gap between what exists and what should exist, and to build something that holds. I carry that discipline into everything I do.
YATRA began in Wonosalam — a highland village on the slopes of Gunung Anjasmoro in Jombang, East Java. Here grows one of the world's rarest coffees: Excelsa. Less than 5% of global coffee production. Sought by buyers in Germany and Japan. Still largely unknown to the world.
That gap — between what this origin produces and what the world knows about it — is where YATRA begins. We build direct, accountable supply chains between East Java's finest coffee farmers and international buyers who value traceability, quality, and origin stories that are real.
Wonosalam is where we start. Indonesia is where we're going.
